Nabila started her journalistic career at the BBC Paris Bureau, working with the leading broadcast journalists Caroline Wyatt, Clive Myrie, Jon Sopel, and Allan Little. She has since built up extensive experience in broadcast journalism as a commentator.


Television

 

Nabila has made regular appearances on Sky News as a contributor to the Press Preview programme, discussing stories in the next day’s newspapers. She has also appeared on a number of high-profile BBC and French television news and discussion programmes.

Documentaries


Nabila has worked as an associate producer on two documentaries exploring the murder of Anthony Ashley-Cooper, the 10th Earl of Shaftesbury, who went missing on the French Riviera in 2004. She was able to provide key facts based on her unique expertise in covering the story for the British press before it was turned into documentaries.

Biography

Nabila Ramdani is a Paris-born freelance journalist who specialises in Anglo-French issues, Islamic affairs, and the Arab World.

She is a columnist for the Guardian, the London Evening Standard, and the New Statesman. Nabila also writes opinion pieces, features, and news stories for a wide range of other Fleet Street publications, including the Observer, the Daily and Sunday Telegraph, the Daily Mail, the Mail on Sunday, and the Sunday Times.

Nabila has experience working with a variety of French titles as well such as Le Parisien, Marianne, L'Express and Le Figaro.

She contributes to Middle Eastern publications comprising The National, Gulf News and Daily News Egypt.

Nabila is a well-established commentator and regularly participates in programmes including the BBC's Woman's Hour and Today programme, France Inter, France Télévisions, Canal +, and the Sky News press preview.
